1. Introduction
At Teklif Panel, we take the protection of our users' privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our mobile application (Invoice & Estimate Generator) and website (teklifpanel.com.tr), how we use it, with whom we share it, and how we protect it.
By using our application, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.
2. Scope and Target Audience
TeklifPanel is designed exclusively for individuals and businesses aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly direct the application at children under 13, nor do we collect data from such individuals. If we become aware that data belonging to a person under 13 has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Directly Provide
- Account Information: Full name, email address, password (encrypted)
- Company Profile: Company name, address, phone, email, website, tax office, tax number, logo image
- Customer Data: Customer name, company, email, phone, address, tax information
- Quote Data: Quote titles, product/service line items, prices, notes, terms
- Digital Signature: When the quote signing feature is used, the signer's name and handwritten signature image data (base64 PNG format)
3.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Operating system version, device model, app version
- Usage Data: Screens accessed, actions performed, session duration
- Network Information: IP address (for security and rate limiting purposes)
- Push Notification Token: Expo Push Token — used solely to deliver notifications to you
3.3 Information Collected from Third Parties
- Google Play (Subscription): After a purchase, subscription status and verification token are received from Google Play. Payment card details are never seen or stored by TeklifPanel.
- Google AdMob (Advertising): Google AdMob is used to show ads to free-plan users. AdMob may collect the Advertising ID (GAID) and device information for ad personalization. See Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our application shows ads only to free-plan users without an active subscription. If you have an active subscription, you will never see ads.
The following Google AdMob formats are used:
- Banner Ads: Fixed ads displayed at the bottom of the screen
- Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads displayed during certain transitions
- App Open Ads: Ads displayed when the application is launched
Google AdMob may, in order to serve personalized ads:
- Use the Google Advertising ID (GAID)
- Process device information and app usage data
- Build an interest-based advertising profile
You can opt out of personalized ads from device settings. (Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization")

5. How We Use Information
- Account creation, authentication, and session management
- Creating quotes, generating PDFs, customer sharing, and status tracking
- Subscription management and Google Play purchase verification
- Sending push notifications (e.g. quote accepted/rejected alerts)
- Security, fraud detection, and rate limiting
- Service improvement and technical support
- Displaying advertisements to free-plan users
6. Information Security
- Encryption: All data transmissions are protected with HTTPS/SSL
- Password Security: Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text
- Database Security: Data is stored on secure servers protected against unauthorized access
- Access Control: Only authorized personnel can access personal data
- Regular Backups: Routine backups are performed to prevent data loss
Important: We cannot guarantee that any method of communication over the Internet is 100% secure. We take reasonable technical measures to protect data security.
7. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell, rent, or commercially share your personal data with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- Infrastructure and Hosting: Trusted providers for server services (under confidentiality agreements)
- Google Play Billing: For subscription purchase and verification
- Google AdMob: For displaying ads to free-plan users
- Expo (Push Notifications): Expo's push infrastructure is used to deliver push notifications
- Email Service: SMTP service for password resets and system notifications
- Legal Obligations: In case of court order, prosecutor request, or legal requirement
- Customer Sharing: When you share a quote, the sharing link is forwarded only to the relevant customer
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service:
- Account and profile data: Retained while your account is active
- Quote data: Retained while your account is active or until you delete it
- Push notification tokens: Retained until you uninstall the app or delete the token
- Log records: Security and rate-limiting logs are automatically deleted after 30 days
Account Deletion: To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to info@teklifpanel.com.tr. Your request will be processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer due to legal obligations.
9. Cookies and Local Storage
Our web platform uses cookies and local storage for the following purposes:
- Essential Cookies: Session management (tp_auth), authentication JWT token
- Preference Cookies: Language preference (tp_lang), user info (tp_user, tp_subscription)
- Advertising Cookies: Google AdSense may use cookies to display ads to free-plan users on the web platform
- Analytics: Site usage statistics
You can manage or refuse cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the login functionality.

Our application uses the following third-party services and SDKs:

12. GDPR and KVKK Compliance
TeklifPanel is committed to complying with the relevant provisions of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is processed only for legitimate purposes and protected with appropriate technical and administrative security measures.
Data of users outside Turkey may be processed on servers located in Turkey. By accepting this policy, you consent to this transfer.
13. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. The current policy is always published at teklifpanel.com.tr/privacy_policy. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
